Sharon Johnson Equestrian is opening applications for 3 Sponsored Riders.
After a short pause, the programme returns — refined, focused and designed for riders who are serious about development.
This is not simply sponsorship.
This is a performance partnership.
The Sponsorship Package
A development package worth £1000+, including:
• One FREE coaching session per month
• Discounted clinics and additional training
• Rider & horse branded clothing
• Structured goal-setting programme
• Ongoing mindset coaching
• Rider-focused PT sessions
• Nutrition guidance
• Performance tracking and support
• Promotion across SJE platforms
This programme develops the whole rider — physically, mentally and technically.
Who This Is For
Applications are open to riders of all disciplines and levels.
You do not need to:
– Be professional
– Compete affiliated
– Compete every weekend
– Be an existing SJE client
**Remote riders are strongly encouraged to apply.
High-level online coaching, video analysis, structured programming and mindset support allow committed riders to thrive regardless of location.
Commitment — not postcode — is what matters.
Expectations
Successful applicants will:
• Train consistently (minimum 3 sessions per month)
• Commit to agreed performance goals
• Represent SJE professionally
• Engage in social media features
• Wear branded clothing at training and competition
• Compete or showcase agreed milestones
• Attend demonstrations/events where appropriate
This is a two-way partnership built on growth and professionalism.
Long-Term Opportunity
The sponsorship runs for one year.
Riders who demonstrate exceptional commitment, progress and representation may be offered an extended sponsorship beyond the initial term.
The aim is to build long-term rider partnerships.
