Your mind can either propel you or paralyse you, especially during competition.

Having completed the Centre10 Course, I then studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and became a Certified NLP Master Practitioner to offer you the ultimate package to enhance your entire life.

The result of this combination, alongside the ridden coaching, provides the rider with powerful tools and techniques unique to them.

There are no set time limits to how any sessions a person requires, but once the techniques are in place, they are there for life, so most people return to me for other issues having seen the power of mindsetting.
